Took quite awhile to get an appointment and it turned out to be a HUGE waste of my time. He was absolutely no help. He didn’t seem to have knowledge on the illnesses I have and wasn’t forth coming with things a primary could do on things he should’ve known. He seemed very pleased with himself and his dx after I told him what I had. For instance I would say I have abdominal pain because I have this illness. He would then say so it seems to me that you have abdominal pain. Yeah I JUST told you that. He asked if I tried certain medications for a problem I don’t have and when I name a medication for the problem he just asked about his response was, he didn’t know any of the medications. Then why did you ask? He’s a bandaid only dr for older patients. He reminds me of the military drs that don’t have a clue about new illnesses much less anything illnesses at all. He might as well tell everyone like the military drs, take Motrin and hydrate. Maybe it’s just time for him to retire.

Dr. Gallup is very patient and listens to what you say. I would recommend him to anyone. His nurse Theresa is wonderful also.

Dr seem disinterested in what’s going on. He clearly has communication issues. Asked him to look at a spot in my face during a physical (thought that was an appropriate time) and he said “I don’t treat anything above the neck”. What? You can even look and give me an opinion? Also had a friend get a bacterial infection from a vaccine at the injection site most likely due to sterility issues. Sad. Could be a good practice if the people who worked there really cared. The turnover says it all.
