I was sent to Dr. Giss from Kaiser for a surgery. I found him to be an amazing communicator and a very caring doctor. He was a great listener and he was showed concern about my health and well being.

Excellent. I went to hospital with pain in lower right side. Dr. Giss diagnosed appendicitis and performed appendectomy. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. Bedside manner is excellent. It has been a few months since the surgery. I’ve had no side affects and I feel great. Dr. Giss is an excellent doctor!

I was admitted to the hospital with Campylobacter and pneumonia. It is my firm belief (and is backed by data), that Dr Giss saved my life. Not dramatic or seeking sympathy, but i know how sick I was for 8 days, and the look on everyone’s face when i was at my worst, Maybe in clinic is different, but in real life or death moments, I want Dr Giss to work on my stomach health.

Awesome Dr! I almost lost a foot but Dr Giss is the most excellent surgeon who actually cares about his patients! He saved my foot and my life. He is highly skilled and is highly recommended by me! Thanks Randall Waycaster
