Dr Gold was very professional and figured out the cause of my problem. He discovered that I had a build up of wax in both of my ears. He cleaned out the wax and my hearing is back to normal. Excellent Doctor and personable as well as professional.

As someone who values their health and respects the medical profession, it is with deep disappointment and frustration that I must recount my recent experience with Dr. Egomaniac, who epitomizes everything wrong with the medical field today.From the moment I stepped into Dr. Gold's office, I was greeted not by a compassionate healer, but by an air of arrogance so thick it could be cut with a scalpel. Despite being in a vulnerable state with concerns about my health, Dr. Gold brushed off my worries with a dismissive wave of his hand, as if my concerns were beneath his lofty expertise.His arrogance was not limited to his demeanor but extended to his examination, or lack thereof. Dr. Gold performed a cursory examination that felt more like a formality than a genuine attempt to diagnose my condition. It was clear that he was more interested in hearing himself talk.As patients, we deserve better than to be treated as mere inconveniences by those who have sworn an oath to heal.

This was a second visit and I was recommended to see Dr. Gold by Dr. Wasserman at the same location for chronic nosebleeds. He was friendly at first, but after triggering a nosebleed to cauterize it, that's when it began going downhill. He kept hyping himself up (fair enough) and began cauterizing it, but then started making comments about my weight and how it's causing a deviated septum (what???). I am aware I'm a bigger person, but weight is completely unrelated to chronic nosebleeds. He made anecdotal remarks about seeing people lose weight and tried to inspire me to do the same. Again, fair, but he needs to stay in his lane. As we continued 'friendly' conversation, he'd ask a question and immediately cut me off to either take voice notes or talk about his wife who sells crystals and his excursions in Colorado (I was wearing a Colorado hoodie). At the end of it all, he gave me after care instructions for a deviated septum and sent me home. I am still experiencing nosebleeds. AVOID!

He provided detailed information on my child’s condition and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Gold was a breath of fresh air as far as Dr. visits go. He took the time to explain and even show me what was happening with my ear. He gave out great words of advice and is a very positive person.

Phenomenal doctor, made me feel comfortable, was attentive, answered all my questions (and yes I had a million of them). Couldn’t be more thrilled with my results, had a septoplasty that has been life changing. I can breathe again, couldn’t be more grateful!

My 16 year old had ongoing sinus infections for over a year. After 3 months of treatments, Dr Brody ordered him a CT Scan then referred us to see Dr Gold for possible surgery. Dr Gold is extremely fun and friendly. We immediately felt very comfortable. He listened to our concerns, spent a fair amount of time. And before doing a nasal scope he explained what he was doing and gave time for a numbing agent to be effective. Dr Gold carefully reviewed the CT Scan & gave a clear explanation before recommending nasal surgery.We are so happy he did. Post surgery 1 week my son can finally breathe. Dr Gold removed his enlarged adnoids and performed sinus surgery to remove excess tissue that was causing an obstruction. Super friendly office! From the ladies in the front who take the calls and are always courteous and professional; to Yemani his scheduler who made surgery happen super quick for us; to his team of nurses who took great care of all the patients before and after surgery.

My son had a visit with Dr. Gold due to a cold. The doctor did a normal nasal check. My insurance was billed $766 for a "surgery" on top of the physician charge. His billing department insisted it was billed correctly because the "procedure is considered invasive to the patient"!
