Dr Horwitz and his , thorough and patient.
Each visit the doctor gives you a full explanation of every symptom. The team is very courteous and patient with my questions.

Dr. Horwitz is intelligent and compassionate. He never rushes me through our appointments. I am sure he has a million things waiting for his attention but while he is with me I know he is paying full attention to me and gives me the time to reflect and ask questions which are answered comprehensively.

Dr. Horwitz was my mother's primary oncologist for over 2 years after she was diagnosed with CTCL. We immediately felt he deserved his reputation as one of the best in his field. He was excellent at breaking down and explaining complex aspects of the various clinical trial drugs and the whole chemo process in general. Most importantly my mother really liked him. She trusted his recommendations and he put her at ease. She knitted him and his staff scarves for Christmas. Driving into Manhattan for treatment every week was not easy but when it's your family, you do what you must to get the best. After she finally began losing her battle, he was communicative and attentive even through her palliative care phase. We are grateful for the extra time her treatments gave us. I would highly recommend Dr. Horwitz to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to fight this battle.
