Great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful figuring out our insurance. Dr. Jacks reviewed everything, answered all our questions, very friendly and made our family feel at ease. The staff at our dental office all highly recommended Dr. Jacks even though there were other oral surgeons that were closer to our house. It was definitely worth the drive.

I just had a wisdom tooth removed with Dr. Jacks. It was a funny experience. He and his staff are just great people. They made the whole experience fun and educational. He is a really unique person and someone you would find really interesting outside of the office. My dentist gave me a list of oral surgeons to go to but when I asked the staff at my dentist where they would go they all said Dr. Jacks. They said he is really nice and genuine good person. He has some interesting hobbies and is such a humble person. They said he is a very good and gentle..I agree. Too many medical and dental doctors treat patients like a business but Dr. Jacks treats you like a person. Thanks Dr. Jacks and staff

Dr. Jacks has worked on 4 of our kids, my husband and grandparents over the past 10 years. He and his staff are always very personable and helpful. It is so unusual to feel comfortable at your doctors office but I do here. He takes time to answer questions, always runs on time and is very considerate of your time. He and his staff just seem like genuine nice people.

I highly recommend Jacks Oral Surgery. They were very informative, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process of my wisdom teeth removal. This was my first procedure requiring anesthesia; this was most concerning, however they are very accommodating and answered all my questions. I quickly found that the entire staff is friendly and has a positive attitude, which put my mind at ease. The procedure went smooth and they provide ample information for post procedure recovery. I was very anxious & blood pressure was high. Dr Jacks & staff just took plenty of time to give me time to settle down. They didn’t rush at all. Dr explained everything as the procedure was happening. He was very gentle & professional. I had a root canal that got infected & had to be extracted! I would recommend him & his staff to anyone I talk to. They were all wonderful!

My son has had a minor heart murmur since he was two. He is twenty years old and is getting braces, wisdom teeth pulled and a jaw reconstruction that would be completed by the end of the year. The office scheduled him and said they needed a clearance letter from our doctor. We called the doctor, and told them to call us if they didn't receive it. They said today that they hadn't got it and Dr jacks changed his mind and cancelled even if we brought it to them in person. They said its our fault.

He has done work on all four of my kids. Always been an excellent experience. I highly recommend their office.

Several nurses that I work with recommended Dr. Jacks. They told me he is very good and very nice. I had him place several implants which was so much better than a previous implant surgery that I had at another office. I was really impressed and then had to take my son to have him wisdom teeth removed. He did very well and he really enjoyed talking with Dr. Jacks. Would recommend him to others.

I have had surgery done at his office on two different occasions over the past several years. He has always made my visits pleasant, answers my questions and explains things very well. He does a much better job of explaining everything than the dentist that sent me there
