I have been patient of Dr. Klein for 20+ years. He is always attentive, caring, and compassionate. Two other members of my family now use Dr. Klein as well. On a number of occasions over the years we have received calls in the evening and on weekends from Dr. Klein, just so he could check up and make sure that our treatment has been effective. Great doctor.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR experience. I DO NOT even give "1 star" but had to so I could give my review. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DOCTOR. He was uneducated and did not care at all about the health issues. Did not spend time discussing my questions and was not at all caring or compassionate/not genuine. People matter and when there is something you are concerned about you want someone that ACTUALLY CARES AND WILL HELP YOU...NOT THIS DOCTOR! Steven Klein is the WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER EVER SEEN!!!!

Failed to diagnose my daughter properly which landed her inpatient stays multiple times for up to two weeks at a time.
I switch away from him as my pcp due to him blowing off my full body pains stating my thyroid was to blame. New dr stated my thyroid levels were normal. She ran a ton of tests and diagnosed me with two conditions and started the treatment immediately, which has severely lessened my pain.

Dr. Klein is a terrific doctor. I am a new patient today and he took his time, answered all my questions. Going to start a new plan on healthy living. Wonderful...totally recommend him for your primary care physician.

Awesome bedside manner! Very knowledgeable. Office staff is also very pleasant. Office set-up allows for everything you need to be done in the same office or building (lab work, imaging, etc).

Dr. Klein has worked my husband into his busy schedule when he has been very ill. He has always shown compassion and spent all the time necessary when I have had an appointment with him. I never feel rushed.

Doesn't have ability to test strep screen and need to send the swap to St.Joseph Mercy for test.
Doctor charges $20 only for Swap and St.Joseph Mercy charges separately.
He is friendly but they need more equipment or ability to check/test a disease/symptom more faster.
