A wasted hour
A full hour after my arrival, Dr. Lerner’s front desk lady and the same nurse who had straightened the pillow and paper cover on the examination couch a while ago came in and asked to take my height. My height hasn’t started changing yet. That was obviously some busy-work they were sent to do to keep me entertained after I had already wasted a full hour waiting.Supposedly one patient being late earlier that day had caused it all. Instead of advising me to arrive 45 minutes later, I heard nothing. During the hour I waited I wasn’t informed about the 45 minutes delay either. Instead of sending the nurse and the front desk lady to inform me about the delay, they were sent with busy work to distract me. I have a hard time believing that that was all the fault of a new front desk lady being too inexperienced to tell me about the delay as you claimed in your call. No, Dr. Lerner, that one was on you. Thank you for your apology and offer to see me again early next day - I'll pass.

Shirley his staff was miserable, bullying and very uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend! Dr Lerner was awesome though. If it wasn’t for her I would rate a 5 . But she made my experience the worse. I would never return! Other then that would have totally been for the concierge program

Kind doctor. Unfortunately, he self-admittedly knows next to nothing about sleep medicine. Office is disorganized and overall it is a giant waste of time.

This is a survey of the office staff, not the Dr. Lerner. Please be aware that the re-scheduling the appointment here is rediculasly difficult. I have never had such a bad experience before in any other offices. The receptionist is very rude . My son have to reschedule the appointment because of the timing conflicts. We called more than 48 hours before the appointment to reschedule and were told that because we do it a second time we cannot make an appointment anymore in this office.
