I was a patient of Dr. Levine's for years. He is remarkable!!! Unfortunately, due to health issues he moved out of state. Let me say this, some try and say they are spinal pain docs, they are not. They are glorify pill pushers. My husband has had the worst experience with one for the last year. Oh how we wish Dr. Levine could help him.

Was a patient at Avon office until I showed up and the office had been closed. I had not been informed that all patients were to be seen in caramel. I can see the possible oversight getting hold of every person. But in the past month I have had my appointments cancelled three times saying Dr. Would not be in. Then perhaps you should not make the appointments for those days. And certainly not call me the day before to cncel when I have to give 48 hours notice to cancel. I have lost much income

He appears very knowledgeable, qualified and personable. However, he spends minimal time with his patients and talks way too fast for most patients to understand and follow his instructions. His office staff is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with especially in urgent situations. There is no doctor on call - not very convenient for a pain management doctor! Messages left can take up to 4 days to be returned - not acceptable!!
