Couldn not have been better. Dr. Ochs put me at ease he explained everything in detail did not rush me out. Staff was very friendly. I would always see him about any prostrate issues.

4 years with Dr Ochs
8 visits, bladderscope , urolift procedure, 2 biopsy. All explained well , answered my questions. Only had one visit delay by 30 minutes/ stuff happens . Very satisfied

Horrible manners
Never even looked at urine sample but already new i didnt have an infection(?) never sent my script in had to call over and over to have it sent even after we verified before we left it had been sent electronically. he didnt word the order right for the MRI so it was declined by insurance. he was extremely rude the whole appointment and when i asked questions he was short and even asked if I wanted to be the doctor and tried to hand me the laptop. Save yourself the stress and find someone else.

He treated my dying father extremely disrespectful with zero empathy or patience towards him. Dr. Ochs was arrogant, short tempered, and had zero bedside manner. He was not at all interested in talking and explaining treatment options with my father. He was forceful and stubborn in his approach and left the room like an angry child who didn't get his way. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.
