Dr. Steven Odrich is kind, compassionate. Always gives the patient time and explains and answers any questions concerning your care. Thank God I have Dr. Steven Odrich for my Opthomologist. Also, the staff in the Bronx, NY office is the Best.

The 2 negative reviewers above, imho are being snarky for no legit reason, except that from time to tine, ANY offiice might make a honest mistake. I have had double cataract surgery with lens implants in the last 2 wks, and cannot speak highly enough about ALL the exceptipnal professionals that work in both the Roverdale location and, at MEETH. DR ODRICH is the best of the best, as is every single person who administered to me during my 2 (on time) smooth, and ZERO pain surgeries. Don t write bad reviews just because you had an unintentional communication problem. No human is perfect 100% of the time. This Dr., Hospital and practice is TOP NOTCH!

Dr. Odrich office staff in Riverdale is horrible, on Tuesday 4/23/19 I called his office requesting for my vision exam prescription to be sent faxed, to Lenscrafters in Scarsdale. I spoke to Ashley at the Riverdale office at 1pm, she told me she would have one of the technicians from the 64th street office fax the prescription to Lenscrafter, I waited till 2:30pm and the fax never came in, Ashley left for the day. I spoke to Florence another horrible employee from the Riverdale office she told me that she would have the technicians from 64th street fax the prescription immediately then said they would email the prescription. She then said that the technician tried to fax it to Lenscrafter, she lied stating that Lenscrafters fax was not working, lied stating she tried to send a test fax to Lenscrafter none of the faxes were ever received. At 4:30 pm, the technician called Lenscrafter and gave the verbal prescription to Angela, because their fax machine was not working.

Most inefficient office EVER! Arrived for appointment: they'd misplaced records I'd hand delivered), had to reschedule. Repeatedly, submitted info to wrong insurance company even though I corrected 4 times (phone, letter, visits). Refuse to return original records I delivered and wasted $800. on useless glasses.

Dr. Odrich is very kind and easy to speak with. He takes the time to explain medical condition, offers practical and understandable treatment options.
