I cannot believe that Dr. Reck pulled the WRONG tooth out of my mother's mouth, leaving her with continuing pain, and one less needed tooth to eat with. When we called him to let him know a mistake had been made, his incredibly rude assistant Jenna informed us that she would "make room" for us to come back in and was happy to give us an estimate for the extraction of the correct tooth. She then blamed my mother for the mistake and tried to imply that since she is elderly all of her teeth need to come out, so the mistake was not important. OMG, I am so heartbroken for my mom, she is terrified, in pain, and has lost faith in human decency and medical honesty. Isn't the goal to save teeth? Beware this dental clinic, they make mistakes at YOUR expense. In order to avoid liability for their mistake, and correct it by offering to pull the right tooth and giving her some treatment, they blamed my mom, and want us to pay them again to correct their mistake. HOW SHABBY

Wonderful experience getting a tooth pulled after a failed attempt for a root canal. I was so scared and he made me feel calm and relaxed. The procedure was quick and painless! Highly recommended!
