My husband and I have been going to Dr Shayani for about 20 years! He's the best, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He always listens to our concerns and ensures that all tests that are needed are run. We also receive all results in a timely manner. I can't say enough about this wonderful physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shayani for over five years. My elderly parents have also been his patients for over ten years. We are extremely pleased with his care, knowledge, and mannerisms. We highly recommend him. He has extended both my parents’ lives due to his extensive preventive care!

best cardiologist and best primary physician hands down. On top of man a loving man and best bed side manner. He knows how to make the patient feel comfortable and cures the patient step by step with a plan. He is the best dr there is on long island and perhaps in New York state for heart and primary Dr.

Dr. Shayani is just an amazing human being. He is an amazing Dr and extremely knowledgeable as well. He takes his time to know the patients. He is not your conventional dr having profit motive in mind. He goes out of his way to cure the patient. The well being of the patient is his first priority. Words does not justify how substantial he is. He has saves many lives. I have not met any Dr so diverse in knowledge like him. I am very lucky to have him as my Dr for me, my brother and my parents.

Unfortunately, LIHA is a clinical environment with 10 doctors running around. Also, be careful for unnecessary testing. When you call, you can be dead before you get through all the prompts.

I was introduced to Dr Shayani 20 years ago and have referred everyone in need of a cardiologist to him. Why?
1) He is a doctor who listens, customizes your treatment plan and is NOT an alarmist!
2) He handles everything he should and refers to only the BEST. My friend was scheduled (by another cardiologist) for surgery at a local hospital and when I referred him to Dr Shayani many options were presented and a minimally invasive procedure was SUCCESSFULLY performed in NYC.
3) he truly cares...

Dr. Steven Shayani has been my father's cardiologist for the last 10 years . He is extermely professional, diligent, and caring. He is knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatment options. He follows through with his patient's progress with sincerety and care as if he is treating his own family member. He has single handedly saved my father's life three times when other doctors were ready to give up. I highly recommend Dr.Shayani as a cardiologist without reservation.

Dr. Shayani is a brilliant doctor with an excellent bedside manner and I could not imagine going to anyone else. He truly cares about each and every one of his patients, which is unfortunately very hard to find nowadays. He has saved my life more times than I can count, and I would highly recommend him.

He loves to draw blood and send it away, then you get billed by his office because insurance is not enough. He is also obsessed with his picture no matter where you look. Perhaps the new owners of this clinic will change this. Some of the nurses are fantastic. Others I would stay away from. Nasty is not the word to describe them.

I have been Dr. Shayani Patient for Over 10 years I must say Hands down he is the Best Cardiologist On Long Island. He has saved my life so many times and He is very caring, positive,also only does test thats only needed. His bed side manners and style of medicine is very unique and I cant thank him enough. I highly recommend him.
