Went in for a simple tweak to my septum to fix a nasal valve problem. The septoplasty was NOT performed and the problem was NOT fixed. Thousands of dollars and a week of surgery recovery for absolutely nothing. What the heck did he even do? I honestly do not know. This guy is like a bull in a china shop. DOES NOT LISTEN.

Most wonderful experience with the office staff and Dr. Shimoura. He took plenty of time to talk us through the clipping of our 7 week old's tongue tie. He was patient, friendly, easy to understand, and really sweet to our little girl. Highly recommend!
