I am very unsatisfied with the care provided by Dr. S and his office manager. In treating my problem he first offered a treatment plan. After reviewing my basic blood test, he then refused to treat me and would not explain why. My PCP has approved this particular course of treatment. Dr. S refused to speak with me directly nor would he call my PCP (who rec'd him to me) to discuss the best plan for me. So now I am confused as to what I should do. The office manager was not helpful.
