Dr. Swaldi provides superb care
I have been going to Dr. Swaldi and he has consistently provided me superb care and service. I have also observed him effectively use electronic tools to look back at old exams (in one case a 10-year-old colonoscopy) to accurately diagnose my ailments.A good man running a great practice

Love Dr. Swaldi and his wonderful staff!
front staff is kind and caring, nursing staff is thorough and patient, Dr. Swaldi is the most empathetic, caring and intuitive Dr. I have ever known. I have seen a couple of the providers that Dr. Swaldi supervises and they are experienced and have great bed side manners.

I love Dr. Swaldi! He is very considerate and understanding. He the only reason I keeping coming back. The office staff is another story. Over the past year they have improved, but traditionally they are poor with follow through and being courteous at the from window. Sometimes I'll stand at the from window and three of them will be in a conversation and not even notice me 2 ft. away. During covid, the front staff rarely wore masks. Swaldi is Great, but I guess its hard to get good help.

I was a patient of Doctor Swaldi for ten years and I thought he was terrific. I once went to have a test done at another facility and before I could park my car when I got home he was already on the phone with me discussing the results. Despite his having a very poor office staff, I would still have kept him as my doctor; the problem was they did not want me after ten years since they opted out of Medicare at the end of 2017. That brings me to the office staff. I want to be clear that because I loved Dr. Swaldi so much I put up with the unfriendly and unhelpful frontline. However, the coup de grace was when three months before I turned 65 toward the end of 2017, I called the office multiple times to see if they accepted Medicare. I never got a return call and I found out that they stopped accepting it in at the start of 2018 when I went in to schedule an appointment. I'd give him five stars if not for the staff.

This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Let me elaborate. I went in for my physical to get my blood work. Weeks later I never received my blood work in the mail. I contacted the office several times requesting the bloodwork be mailed to me with no response, ever. I then followed up with the manager of the office which went to voicemail. On her voicemail she indicates she will try her best to follow up within the week, and ensures that she will follow up with a patient calls

Booked an appointment and was told I'd be meeting with the nurse practitioner. First I had the pleasure of being bludgeoned by the woman taking blood (bruises were visible for a week), followed by 10 minutes with Carol, the nurse practitioner, who did nothing other than take my blood pressure and pulse. It's a month later and I still don't have my blood test results and I can't get anyone to talk to me. Not going back.

Doc Swaldi is kind, compassionate, and generous with his time and understanding. I have been his patient since 1998 and would not ever consider changing doctors.
