High on himself and inconsiderate of patients’ tim
Have been sitting in Dr. Vold’s office for over two hours today and still have not been seen. This is common practice at Vold Vision. He is only concerned about the number of patients he can see each day. He is arrogant and gets annoyed when questioned and is disrespectful and inconsiderate of everyone’s time except his own. Place is chaotic and poorly ran.

VERY inconsiderate and disrespectful of his patient's time. We always schedule 8:10,8:20 - - first thing in the morning because 'how far behind can he be running first thing in the morning'? Consistently 2-3 hours late. I'm a nurse case manager following a patient with a work related injury. I'll never direct my patients to Dr. Vold again. He might be a good MD, and there are plenty of good ones, but Dr. Vold doesn't care to discuss plans of care or expectations. He gets short and sharp when questions are asked which gives the impression he's being bothered.

I have been a patient for over 2 years. Dr Vold always apologizes for the long wait. Well again today I was there and again after 3 hours I had to leave. I have a 2 1/2 hour pain threshold. 3 hours is to much. Dr. Vold is very disrespectful I guess he thinks he is the only one in his facility including his patients that is important. I would say if you are considering going to him be ready for 3-4 hours waiting time. He really needs someone to help him run his office and minimize the wait time.

Dr Vold seems like a brilliant man and surgeon...he fails, however to maintain a staff who returns your calls and neglects to call in your prescription for the necessary drops before your surgery..I did manage to tell one real person who put me to a voicemail to relay my problem and another who put me on hold....forever too long...I also cancelled my surgeries twice..and of course they called before the second cancelled surgery to find out where to send my script? Nobody asked why I cancelled

Staff and doctors have been amazing. They have worked well with me in both my treatment and during my recovery. Life changing experience for me and looking forward to not having to wear my glasses anymore.

This office is fantastic. Both myself and my husband had LASIK done the same day; and not one moment went by when we didn't feel that they took a personal interest in helping us see better. Specifically, Dr Vold, Dr McFarland, Nicole, and Christine. The team at Vold Vision has given us a gift that we can never repay. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

I had the LASIK procedure (with the flap) done at Vold Vision back in late February 2016. I had started looking into and researching it and was very impressed by the credentials of the staff and technology at Vold Vision. When I had my procedure done, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful before, during, and after my procedure. My vision was surprisingly clear by the next day and only got better. Dr. Vold and staff always ask how I'm doing when they see me. Thank you, Vold Vision!

My experience at Vold Vision was fantastic. Getting lasek surgery from Vold Vision was a great decision. Life without glasses or contacts is so much easier! The staff was so helpful, wait times were minimal and the post-op care was always available.

Very scattered and slightly odd. He was not able to answer my questions with reasonable answers and I ended up going to see someone else where I was finally able to find out why I could not see despite new prescriptions and start the treatment I need. The office was very chaotic and the staff disorganized. Not only did I feel like a number but felt like I was a bother to them.
