So two years ago my husband was ssen by Dr. Chasan. We always seemed rushed and he even argued with us about a medicine my husband was taking. My husband was found to have a tumor. He went to surgery and I was told that Dr. Chasan could not find it. That was a blessing. Well let us fast forward to 2021. My husband again started having blood in his urine again. We of course went to see a different urologist. Well wouldn't you know it there was a tumor in his bladder. Have come to find out it is the same tumor that I was told was not there two years ago. So I believe Dr. Chasan rushed through surgery due to being behind. My husband has cancer and the tumor was much larger. I believe he rushes and does not treat the patient with care.

Dr Chasan is a very good Urologist. He performed my ESWL and placed a stent. Three weeks later he removed the stent. I did not have any complications. I asked him not to place a stent and he said he wouldn’t unless he felt the need to. I have not had any office visits that I had to wait longer than ten to 15 minutes.

Dr Chasen has yet to see me on time with a 50-75 minute wait each time. On my first visit he didn't ask me why I was there and started taking to me about an issue based on their automated process. When I corrected him he rushed through my issue in an attempt to catch up. Find another Dr that respects your time as much as they expect you to respect theirs. Maybe the Dr shouldn't book so many patients to make numbers. Office staff is nice and professional as are the nurses.

The ONLY thing I would grade less than 5 stars is the office wait time. I really don't think that is an issue with Dr. Chasan at all but with the office administrator.
