Him constantly trying to drive medication down my throat so I have to keep coming back to him... people like this doctor are the reason there is a drug epidemic

Dr Kauffman is a excellent doctor. He gives you the time to explain what's going on and then works on a course of treatment to take care of the patient. He isn't a cookie cutter doctor. He gets to you as a person and not just another patient. He is intelligent and personable which is what has disappeared from the medical field. As stated in other reviews he doesn't just write a prescription and send you on your way.

Find another doctor. I scheduled an appointment for a routine checkup and blood work. Arrived for appointment only to find the Dr didn't come in, re-scheduled. Appeared for second appointment, same result. Tried one more time, scheduled again. For the third time dr. didn't comed in

Worst Dr and Dr’s office I have EVER been to. Very long waiting time in waiting room to even see him, sees other patients 1st before you even though you were there WAY before others! His help are a complete JOKE and Lie to you about everything. Takes over a week to get a pre cert which should take No more then an hour! A complete bunch of Idiots! They NEVER Ever call you to check on you or to tell you if your cert was accepted by your insurance Co. Dr. K Doesn’t accept insurance unless your a Very close friend or family member or a pro sports player. They NEVER call you back OMG even when the promise to do so. OMG his office is a complete Circus act and even fights with his Crazy wife in front of his patients. If you have a 11am appointment don’t expect to leave there before 1:30 PM. he calls his office a concierge service &charges you $225 a visit WHO DOES THAT?! He will prescribe you any drug you want and even 3 at one time, very dangerous! Doesn’t have your best interest! STAY AWAY!

Dr. Kauffman is an old school Doctor who will actually sit down, treat you with respect, listen to you, and does not watch the clock. Then he formulates a health care plan specific to you and is always there for you. If you’re looking for a Doctor who will just write you a script and send you on your way, then don’t even bother, he’s not not type of Doctor. His new PRP is absolutely incredible. He’s on the forefront of the most cutting edge in medical technology. Dr. Kauffman is a good human being, a great Doctor, and is part of the solution, not the problem. I first started seeing the Doctor in June of 2016, I would NEVER trust my overall health in the hands of any of other Doctor ever!

I like Doctor Kauffman. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and uses cutting-edge techniques and equipment. However, there are a few issues that detract from the overall patient experience: 1. Every month since they switched to submitting prescriptions electronically, my prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy, and some are not sent at all. Each incident has required multiple follow-ups with the office to resolve the issue before I run out of medication, which is a time-consuming and highly stressful process. 2. Patient appointments are scheduled too close together (every 15min). This leads to long wait times (1.5h - 3h per visit is typical), and makes small office staff so busy that they are juggling many tasks at once, causing things to fall through the cracks. I think if these things were addressed, it would greatly improve the patient experience.

Great Doctor and wonderful staff.

I think Dr. Kauffman is a excellent caring doctor. On a recent vacation in another state i came down with a bad ear infection. After calling his office ( his staff are very compassionate) I had a antibiotic called into a pharmacy within 30 minutes of my initial call. I was also told he would make the time to see me within 24 hours of me returning to the area. He is obviously a very caring and passionate doctor who I would highly recommend! Thomas T.

Dr Kauffman is a WONDERFUL doctor, one of the BEST I have ever saw in fact. Most doctors would just prescribe me my medication and not even go over my conditions That was always disturbing to me but for once I found a doctor that actually cares about my well being and that tries to help me find ways to meet my medical needs. Other offices I would have to wait for over a 1/2 hour until I saw a doctor just to sit w/ them for 2 mins. Dr. K & his staff are the most caring pleasant & professional ppl
