Dr. Stuart Leicht, MD

I was told by another dermatologist that the only option I had for basal cell removal from my eyelid was MOHS surgery, with 2 reconstructive surgeries. I found Dr Leicht with his state-of-the -art Gentle Cure low-level radiation system…so glad I did. He and his staff were awesome. With minimal treatment…. I am completely cured with NO surgery. Thank you Dr Leicht.

Visit was for aggressive cancer on top of head. Cancer was removed. Skin graft by plastic surgeon failed and Dr. Leicht recommended a beta blocker drop to speed healing which has worked remarkably well. He heard our pleas to help us heal this wound so the patient could be cleared for hip replacement surgery. Very pleased with the outcome. All the nurses and office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. They are also very punctual but if you have to wait a bit its worth it. They listen and go above and beyond. Highest recommendation from our family.

Dr. Leicht diagnosed and treated my chronic conditions quickly and more effectively than any other MD I’ve seen. He is probably the most knowledgeable, competent, an honest specialist, so we are fortunate he is practicing medicine in our area. He listens and fully answers questions, his office is well-managed, and I highly recommend him to everyone I know. I wish I had found him sooner.

The office staff was very welcoming as I went in. The nurse practitioner was very professional and after she looked at some of my spots was able to diagnose me immediately. Dr Leight came in and he agreed with her diagnosis. Medicine was prescribed and I was in tears because all of the previous dr’s could not diagnose me. I’m so thankful for this office.

I have seen Dr. Leicht for many years. He has taken good care of me and my skin. His staff is very approachable and friendly.

Dr. Leicht is the very best dermatologist there is! His staff is the best too. He has treated my skin cancer for years. You won't find a more qualified, competent and caring doctor near or far! Dr. Leicht quickly and accurately diagnosed a condition I have dealt with most of my life. The treatment was quickly successful and I am living rash/hives free for the first time in my 52 years of life. I only wish I had found him sooner!

Normally, I do not publish concerning my health, but today I want to brag on my Dr, Dr. Leicht. He is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. He is more than thorough in his observation and diagnosis. He helped me through my scare of skin cancer in the past and treats me for psoriatic authoritis and psoriasis. His sense of humor and wonderful "bedside manner" makes me not only feel at ease but treats me as if we have been friends for many years. I went to Dr. Leicht at his previous office for a year and now am at his current one. I have seen dermatologists since I was in my teens and not one has been able to compare to the care I continually receive from him and his staff. I encourage everyone to visit him at his new office in Boones Creek!

I will never see this doctor again. He was extremely condescending with a pompous demeanor and obviously has no concern for therapeutic alliance. He does not allow you to talk nor ask questions so I did not even get a chance to let him know what I thought my diagnosis was. It was almost as if I was imposing upon his time as a customer. It was almost as if he didn’t want to treat me and that he had better things to do. I felt extremely underserved and had a very negative experience with Dr. Leicht. Thank God there are more Dermatologist in JC. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Saw him for an all-over body check; went over my entire body within one minute flat. Not very thorough. Snarky attitude, too. I didn't care to discuss my other health issues, but he wanted to know them all so he could then turn around and scoff at me. Very unprofessional and immature for a doctor! I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Leicht has provided the highest level of care and professionalism that I can remember .I’m 68. On the initial visit he conducted the most through and careful history, physical exam and evaluation that I had ever seen .He was thoughtful, interested in my responses and listened carefully. Wait time is minimal. All Staff , inc the doctor ,are courteous at all times. I suggest you to go to ETSU’s web site and find one of his lectures to the Med students as I did.So impressed. Im so much better.

At the age of 79 I have too many doctors to name but Dr. Leicht is at the top of my list. Over many years I visited 6 other skin doctors before my regular doctor said, "Let me send you to the dermatologist who teaches dermatology to the dermatologist.." It was one of the best medical moves I have ever made. Dr. Leicht is not only interested in your skin issues; he is concerned about you.

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF SEEING! NOT ONLY IS HE RUDE..HE UNDEMINDS THE POGRES THAT OTHER DOCTOES HAVE MADE. HE SUBMITS FALSE REPORTS TO INSURANCE AGENCIES DEPRIVING YOU OF MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION. PLEAE PLEASE SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR.

I found Dr. Leicht to be a good listener and very sympathetic. He helped clear up my condition quickly. He has a quirky sense of humor. He knows what he is doing. I would recommend him 100%.

I was nervous going in because of reviews I had read online. But it was a great experience. Dr. Leicht is very intelligent and had a strong plan on how to approach my condition. The nurse and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Although Dr. Leicht is straightforward, he's funny and charming in his own way. I would recommend him.

This doctor would not listen. There were 2 people crying in the waiting room on the appointments I had. He was rude if you disagreed or tried to tell him anything. He had some interns with him on my visit and talked so bad to me one of them told me how sorry they was to see a patient treated like that. Bad manners with a know it all attitude. Just don't question him.

I waiting for over a month to get a referral from Dr. Leicht Dermatoligist and when I called his office I was told that he "refused to see me" with no reason given as to why! Horrible experience!
