Called after hours for an infection and he didn’t even ask or listen to the issues and symptoms I was having. He immediately said ‘the office opens at 7:30 tomorrow and you can call for an appointment or else go to an urgent care this evening’. He didn’t want to take the 5 minutes to hear about what I was experiencing and help me through it. Terrible experience and not at all professional. When you’re a doctor, you have to be on call sometimes. If he wanted a 9-5 job where he didn’t have to interact and be a nice human then he should have picked another job. If I could give him zero stars I would.

Rushed in-person appointments, very impersonal even for Covid times. Nursing staff that returns all of his calls seems to either not know how to answer questions or pretends not to know to be able to get you off the phone. Having a staff that “Plays dumb” does not instill patient confidence.

Been going to Doctor Motley for a couple of years now, and I feel like he does an amazing job of hearing me out about what ailments I may have, and ensuring that the appropriate tests are run to rule out anything serious and figure out what medical issues I may have. Definitely would recommend him to others.
