Dr. Stuart Saunders, MD

Only issue was checking in, but that was simply a communication issue. My appointment time was right on without excessive waiting. Everyone from the nurse I initially spoke with, to Dr. Saunders, the young lady that took my X-ray and the doctor that did my ultrasound were all informative, caring and treated me well. They understood my concerns and addressed them and answered all my questions and even asked me questions. Now that meant a lot to me as a patient. Highly recommend Dr Saunders and staff. Jeff Hicks

Had ankle replacement and in process of rehab. Very pleased with results to date

Dr. Sauders operated on my toe and inserted a screw. I was in severe pain for months after the operation. He sent me to physical therapy, but the pain got worse. When I mentioned this to him, he said this was because I had developed scar tissue and would be in pain for the rest of my life. I went to get another opinion, and my new doctor looked at the same X-ray Dr. Sauders had looked at. This new doctor said that I was in pain because the screw was loose and that he could fix the problem. He said you should not put a screw in a toe, and to fix the mistake, he inserted a cadaver bone (since Dr. Sauder's operation left me without a bone) while fusing my toe. Six months later, I am pain-free and back to my normal activities thanks to my new doctor.
