Dr. Subba Nagubadi, MD

Post initial visit with Dr Nagubadi, the office visit summary does not have any information summarizing the visit. The Staff was supposed to work with the patient's physician at another facility to obtain authorization to cease medications in preparation for a procedure. The staff never followed through with the authorization. Several messages were sent through the patient portal to the staff requesting auth status, all messages were unread until after the procedure had to be cancelled. Additionally, we physically went into the office to obtain a status of the authorization in person. The Clinical Staff assured us, in person, that this would be taken care of. This never happened and as a result, the procedure had to be cancelled. Seeking care at an alternate facility.
