Very professional and considerate of her patients
I made a walk-in visit. I did not expect to be seen by Dr Karunanithi because she was booked. But being concerned about my condition, she made room for me. After checking my symptoms, she was concerned that it may be a more serious situation and suggested I go directly to the ER for a more complete workup. Her staff even called the ambulance for me. Thankfully, the tests showed I was OK. But thanks, to Dr Karunanithi, had it been a more serious situation I would have been in the right place. And I now have peace of mind due to her help.

Best family physician ever!
I love Dr. K. She instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel as though you’re her only patient and all she wants is what’s best for you. She’s warm, intelligent, proactive, and remembers everything you tell her from one appointment to the next. I was having a rough day when I came in for my annual physical, and she asked what was stressing me, listened with compassion and patience, handed me tissues when I started getting upset, and hugged me reassuringly. Great human being, great practitioner.

Terrible customer service. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, I called to walk in early since I had to work and they just canceled my appointment. And if I want another “appointment” I have to wait another week. I tell them that is fine, I can go since I already cancelled work, now they tell me, they gave it to someone else in less then 5 minutes.

By far Dr K, has been the most compassionate, kind and dedicated Dr I have ever had. My heart broke to find out that she is NO longer with Premier Care and I am stuck with the 3 stooges. I will not stop until I find what practice Dr K has joined and I will travel any distance to once again have her as my physician. She is STELLAR and beyond a 5 star rating!!!
