I have been very impressed with Dr. Bhakta. I switched to her after years with another endocrinologist, who gave me erroneous information at my yearly appointment. Dr. Bhakta is extremely thorough, knew all of my data when I walked in the door, explained what my DEXA showed, the course of treatment, and drew diagrams that I can refer to. She is much more thorough than any previous doctor. I have seen. The appointment was on time and she took time to examine me and explain to me what I needed to know. Thank you, Dr. Bhakta!

I am an old patient with Dr. Bhakta. I used to love her way in explaining things to me. At the last visit she was very disrespectful and never let me to finish a sentence.

I saw this doctor for a pituitary adenoma and multiple endocrine issues from being very ill a few months prior. I did all the tests she asked me and all the results came back on April 24, 2023. It is now almost July. I heard nothing from the doctor in regards to all of my results. I messed the doctor multiple times through my chart and requested a phone call or explanation or results. Again absolutely nothing from this doctor. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I am so appalled by this doctors behavior and for Duly health allowing this to go on. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible service. After waiting 50 minutes PAST my appointment time to see her, I was extremely disappointed in that she didn't seem to care about any of my concerns. I understand that looking at documents and evaluations are a critical part of healthcare as I am in the healthcare quality industry; however, she did not once ask me what concerns I actually had and when trying to tell her, I was talked over and explained AT that my test results are fine. Absolutely felt horrible after leaving my appoinment with her.

unhappy with being talked down to. Talks to loud as if yelling makes it clearer. She seems more pleased with her colorful charts than my care. Will NOT recommend her to even a stranger.

She doesn't listen. Entire visit was rushed and I found her rude. She told me there was no way my thyroid was off. I went to my primary and had him run tests and sure enough, it was way off again. She was a waste of my time, and I was furious with how she refused to listen to me. AWFUL

Extremely sensitive to her patients needs, and asks questions that are easily understood. Very good communicator. Would highly recommend to family and friends with confidence.

If you like being talked over and slow response time, then you'll LOVE her. I have only had 2 office visits with Dr. Bhakta and they have both been rushed and I was never able to finish a sentence. It took me 2 weeks to get my medication filled and I am currently waiting to hear back from her about my test results that were available over 3 weeks ago. Trying to contact this doctor is a joke, as she sees no urgency in anything. She also is not open to the patient's request for a new routine.

Dr Bhakta was warm, friendly, and professional. She took the time with my near 90 year old mother to explain her labs and diagnosis, drawing pictures of the parathyroid glands and explaining how it impacts her serum calcium levels and bone metabolism in a way my mother could understand. She was simply fabulous as she reviewed all the triggers that would prompt a surgical intervention and her non-surgical recommendations on treatment and monitoring. My anxious mother was put at ease, thank you!

She is thorough in her examination and she always takes time to listen to your concerns and answer each question.

She is amazing. I have dealt with thyroid issues for three years and no one ever explained to me my test or my ultra sounds the way that Dr. Bhakta did. My thyroid issues are very complex and I have had two endocronolgist give up on me but she described everything to me with what is going on and what we need to do. I finally feel like I will feel better soon.
