Incorrect lense placed in eye
Dr was to remove cataract and place New lenses for distance. Instead placed lenses for up close. Dr will replace lens for another fee....for his mistake!!!!I highly recommend not using his Service .this

Life Changing Experience
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pramanik. I presented with a couple visual conditions, one of which was keratoconus, extreme astigmatism, which severely hampered my vision. He performed cataract surgery on me, implanting a new lens which would correct for much of this. With his skillful hands, I am now seeing better than I ever had. He was recommended by both my eye specialists, and I now recommend him to you. Dr. Pramanik is personable and expert at what he does. As my doctors said, consider no other!

Dr. Pramanik was pompous and arrogant. He entered the room and pronounced my diagnosis before examining me. During my visit he interrupted my exam time by talking on his earphones and showing little interest in my concerns and questions. Would not recommend.

Awful
I would not send my dog to this practice! I felt rushed and like Dr. Pramanik was nothing but a business man. He should not be a doctor!

He was egotistical, unwilling to explain himself - he made pronouncements. He seemed to delight in both belittling his student attendants and patients alike, telling both how stupid they were. He may have done wonderful things for others, but I chose to have my eye permanently sewn shut rather than deal with him again.

My 21 year old son suffered a very traumatic eye injury when part of a firework hit him directly in the eye. After his initial surgery at Shock Trauma we transferred over to Dr. Pramanik on the advice of a friend. Thank God we did. He and his entire team, including the wonderful Dr. Vickery, have worked tirelessly over the past year to not only SAVE my son's eye but to bring back some vision. He has had multiple issues pop up and they deal with them immediately and always ensure a pain-free environment. We still have a ways to go, but I 100% believe that without Dr. P and his amazing team, my son would have lost his eye. They treat us with respect and kindness and they truly do care.

This man is the best. Had a congential catarack for 68 years during which 3 doctors said to leave it alone. Dr Pramanik removed it and I went from 20/nothing to 20/25. I has been a miracle, and he preformed it.

With my eyes, Dr. Pramanik has been a godsend. Suffering from lifelong keratoconus and astigmatism, I am now glasses free and cataracts free and my keratoconus is a non-issue — 20/25 vision almost immediately after surgery. He and his staff are thorough, courteous and respectful. My care has been brilliant, and I am so very thankful to be under Dr. Pramanik’s care.

It's not possible to say enough good things about the office and all the doctors. I have had both cataract surgeries and one cornea transplant so far. At no point ever have I experienced anything beyond mild discomfort. Dr. Pramanik is as skilled a surgeon as you could possibly seek.

Eye surgery can be frightening in itself however, Dr. P was extremely confident, caring and knowledgeable with this procedure. His demeanor placed me at ease as we partnered in my Pterygium eye adventure. The surgery in both eyes was successful. If you are in need of this type of eye surgery, I highly recommend that you speak with Dr. Pramanik.
