Horrible. Not professional. Refuses to get with the times and send rx's as e scripts. Has staff that isn't even medically trained leaving his rx's on voice-mail. Very dangerous and unprofessional. He then proceeds to argue with pharmacies when rx's aren't complete instead of correcting his issues. Zero accountability. Don't re comend.

Bedside manners are terrible. Very rude. I hope I never have to see him ever again. I don't need treated like a piece of poop. Odd, can't type how you really feel.

What a joke, an application to be seen even though he's accepting NEW PATIENTS...AND then you have to be approved. Well, in order to not be denied, don't be truthful, and God forbid, if you take a pain medication, don't list it on the new patient APPLICATION. That's the ONLY way they will take you as a patient!

Absolutely terrible. I have currently been waiting 1.5 + hours. Still waiting.. my appointment was schedule at 10 am because I was told Dr Reddy wouldn’t be here past 11. I left work early and made arrangements to be here. It’s now 11:34 and Dr. Reddy isn’t even here!

The wait time is ridiculous. He sees far too many people thus only spends five minutes with his patients. He is too quick to throw medicine at people and will not run test if you don’t ask him to run them. If you want to see him you’re risking your life. Make sure you stand up for yourself or loved one. Wait time is 3 to 5 hours.

While I truly think that doctor Reddy and his fellow doctors, PA’s and nurses do an outstanding job. However his support staff are very lacking and sometimes even rude. Trying to get question answered or even get them to answer the phone will drive you crazy. Don’t ever expect a call back in a reansonable Time. If you have something that is time sensitive your Out of luck. I would like to end my rant with saying I truly believe doctor Reddy is a good doctor.

The doctors at this facility are great, very personable and take our medical needs seriously and do everything in they can to help. Everything else, terrible. The wait time is almost always an hour PAST my appointment time. The waiting room has children’s toys that’s are never cleaned and it’s very clear that they’re filthy. The exam rooms are also dusty and dirty, seems no one cleans around there. There needs to be improvements with scheduling and cleanliness in this facility.

He is the best Doctor in Marion, Ohio. He will take as much time you need and he cares about you. You may have to wait, but I know He will take great care of me. He is worth the wait!!!

I trust Dr.Reddy n the other docters he brings in to work w him. I've been going to him for 17 years. He listens to what you have to say n takes his time with you..so if you do have to wait linger than you'd like to sometimes who cares cause you know your in goods hands w him n when its your turn w him or the other doctors they don't rush n take their time w you n listen. I love love Dr.Reddy..
