VERY HORRIBLE PERSON
My Doctor Mr. White retired and Axis assigned Sudha Chadalawada to me. My first and only visit, I showed up at Axis in Pleasanton CA for my appointment and was waiting in the exam room for about 20 minutes, then Sudha Chadalawada walked in yelling what is wrong now Richard, I said excuse what? She yells again whats wrong. I asked her if she read my medical records and she said NO. So she yells again so whats wrong Richard, i said where do you want me to start, from when i was a kid or what? I have severe nerve damage, (dotors words not mine) I have Cavernouse Angioma and 2 strokes, with a lot more other issue. So, I am in a lot of pain all the time. So, she says you are only here to get your meds, so she hands me prescriptions calls me a drug addict and says this is the last time you get any meds from me. I WAS SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I left and never went back. She is a terrible person and horrible doctor

Dr chadalawada is one of my favorite doctors I've have ever had? I believe she goes above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. Very professional and always happy to see me I love her and highly recommend her.
