I’ve never been to a more professional and kind doctor who shows her care and worry for her patients . I would recommend Dr Kassab to everyone who needs foot care . i can’t thank her and the staff , enough for helping me as quickly and professionally as they did .

I have seen Dr Kassab for several years for foot care. She is knowledgeable, caring and professional! The staff works hard to support the practice and patients. I would recommend Dr Kassab and her team!

Dr. Kassab is an excellent doctor - caring, kind, competent in the experience that we had. However, the office is not. We were told that the doctor participates in our health insurance - insurance card was presented upon arrival and more than one month later when the Explanantion of Benefits arrived, we find that we owe $200 instead of just the copay because they failed to say that they are a "traditional" provider and not a "PPO". This is something that the office staff should have recognized from the insurance card and informed us of at that time. The matter is in dispute.

Dr. Kassab is friendly, clear, and efficient. On my first visit, she helped me with three different foot problems, and I was very happy with the results of her work. Her office staff is likewise excellent. Her new office location on Monroe St. in Dearborn is convenient and has good parking.

Dr. Kassab was wonderful! Kind, caring, I did not feel like I was just another patient. She took her time and with my past history of health issues I have to be very careful on who helps me. I feel 100% comfortable with her experience and knowledge. It is SO nice to not be in pain and a BIG THANK YOU goes out to Dr. kassab and her office! Very professional and quick to get in. I Thank you all and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Dr Kassab is a very professional thorough and kind Dr. She was able to get to know me and treat my bunion pain for some time and analyze my pain effectively. She then removed one of my bunions and my foot healed great! I've already noticed how much more comfortable I am with the bunion removed! We will schedule the other surgery once the covid-19 virus settles down. I would absolutely refer her to my friends and I have!

Dr Kassab is a competent, caring Doctor. However the billing, scheduling and wait times for scheduled appointments are poor. The wait times border on being offensive, generally add 1 hour to your scheduled sppointment time.

She was very rude and disrespectful called me fat and was upset that I didn't want a cordzone shot. I waited two hours to be seen. She also was on the phone talking about vacation to her friend right in front of me and cut me off.The front desk was very rude also. I would never recommend anyone here. So sad how unprofessional she was.
