DO NOT RECOMMEND! After being told to submit an urgent referral, my PCP did over a month ago. I never heard back from the ID medical facility. I called multiple times and was told they had to "review my case" to determine whether or not they'd see me. Finally someone called to schedule my appointment...no call to discuss my symptoms or let me know they'd take me at all. I booked the appointment for Jan 4 2021 (the "earliest" they had & over 1 month away). It'd been over 5 weeks since the urgent referral at this point. Then a week later, they called saying they had to reschedule me because the doctor would still be out from the holidays. But they could see me on Dec 21 2020. So I rescheduled with my employer to be off. Then today, another call to reschedule again for Jan 11 2021. No attempt to get me in with another doctor, no attempt to squeeze me in early or late any other day. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr. Suady was amazing! During your visit she gave you her time. She would truly listen and explain everything thoroughly. I hate that Andrews lost an amazing doctor.
