Dr. Reddy is very compassionate and also learned about her profession, and she respects my concerns to be cautious with medications. She listens to me patiently and considers before answering questions.

Professional, caring, comprehensive care
Dr. Reddy spent a lot of time with me, reviewing my history, medications, imaging results and planning a treatment plan. She explained the condition and what I can do to contribute to my improvement. I was pleased and confident of her skill.

Dr. Reddy made up her mind about me before I opened my mouth. She looked at my blood work and said I do not have Sjogren’s . Turns out I do have this condition and it has wreaked havoc on my life. She insinuated even if I do have it that it’s not a big deal and I can use eye drops and mouth rinses to increase moisture. Sjogren’s presents differently in each person and it can be far more than a little dryness. I felt small and unheard - least empathetic doctor that I have ever met! I said goodbye to her and she just glared at me. I am not sure how she is a doctor…

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Reddy’s for awhile. I have never been totally comfortable with her, but in the past year to two years, I have left each appointment uneasy, scared, and with questions I can’t seem to get answers to. My insurance limits me, so I’m stuck and unable to go anywhere else. She doesn’t listen to what I’m telling her. It’s almost like she’s got her made up, and she doesn’t hear anything I have to say. At times, it sounds like she’s speaking down to me. I’ve expressed my fears and concerns to her and have asked for further information, but she doesn't seem concerned. I leave feeling even more scared and in tears after every visit. I just don’t know what to do anymore. There are other doctors in the practice, but I heard the front office tell someone they couldn’t switch from one doctor to another inside the Rheumatology office, so there’s no need for me try that. Unless you have to see Dr. Reddy, I wouldn’t. I pray God opens the door for to go somewhere else

Not helpful. Not compassionate. At times rude. Has a huge MD ego. Does not include the patient at all. She reported in her notes things she did not even test. Poor experience. Would not recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I advise you to find another clinic. I've NEVER been treated like the trash I was treated like today. The most HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF, no one can be bothered to help you and no one cares about you either. I beg you to find someplace else to go. If this review turns at least one person away for this clinic then I will be happy. Maybe it was good a year ago, but now is all that matters.

Who gave this woman a license? Tells me one thing one day and then pushes some terrible drug on me the next right after telling me there is nothing going on after having 6 surgeries and having three surgeons and 4 doctors sending me for testing with a specialist. Rude as can be too.
