I credit Dr. Dutta for saving my life. Dr. worked diligently for 76 days, looking for a cure of an infection that was ravishing my lungs. He saw me everyday and changed the antibiotics constantly until finally the white count dropped and recovery started. Wonderful, caring Doctor. Stacy Richardson

Dr Dutta has been my physician for 25 years
I have a long history with Dr. Dutta. I first met him while I was in the hospital for a staph infection, and he seriously saved my life. Over the years, he has taken care of both me and my spouse. He is the most caring, professional, and gifted physician we have ever encountered. While other doctors dismissed my illness, Dr. Dutta approached the situation with fresh eyes and identified issues that they missed or didn't know how to treat properly. This isn’t just my experience; I have referred many friends and family members to him, and they all sing his praises. Dr. Dutta and his staff always respond promptly to any questions or concerns I have. He is personable, caring, and his expertise in his field is second to none. We are so grateful for this amazing and compassionate doctor.

Great Dr
Telehealth
Dr. Dutta is a kind, empathetic, and caring doctor. Being hospitalized can be frightening, but Doctor Dutta always took the time to show me compassion and empathy. He saved my life, more than once. I also cannot say enough kind words about all of his office staff. Dr. Dutta's assistant Mia is the best.

The best doctor I have
Dr. Dutta was the best attending doctor when I was at Los Robles Hospital with sepsis, two separate times. He explained things to me as to why and what I should do in the future. He has the best bedside manner, professionalism and knowledge of any doctor. His nurse Christians is the best. Three years later I see and speak with them a few times a year as needed. They respond very quickly, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for helping me fight more infections (including Covid and Chronic UTIs). I can’t recommend him more.

Disrespectful office staff
The office manager is shockingly disrespectful. She will raise her voice at you, cut you off, not allow you to speak, and hang up on you. When I went to write a review, I saw that another person had the exact same experience with this office manager. Dr. Dutta was referred to me by another doctor, but his office staff is absolutely horrible to people. His office manager told me to go find another doctor and hung up on me.

Dr, Dutta treated me for Covid at Los Robles Hospital. I am a blood cancer patient as well as Diabetic and my condition was sketchy at best on arrival to the hospital. Airway was severely closed and oxigen levels dropping very fast. He prescribed needed seroids and covid drugs to fight the infection and within a few minutes it seemed I was breathing a bit better and the improvement the next day was amazing. First day in the er I was not sure I would walk out of the hospital. He saw me twice a day, very thorough examining, assessing my condition and educating on my future course of protection needs. Wonderful, Wonderful doctor. He is in my heart now forever. Thank you Dr Dutta for saving me. Mel Tufto

I was very blessed to be a patient of Dr Dutta when I was in the hospital with Covid. He worked with my GP to heal me of Covid. He came in every single day to check on me, asked me how I was feeling, checked me for rashes & spots and asked questions of my well-being. He was always very kind, smiled with his eyes(because of mask) , encouraged me in my efforts to exercise my legs & feet while in bed . Then once able to get up & walk, he encouraged me to do that. Always assuring me I was going to be okay and giving me Hope. Attending to needs.. asking if I needed anything. Dr Dutta is a kind & compassionate doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone.!

Dr. Dutta is a wonderful doctor but his office is incompetent to say the least. They somehow got literally every piece of my information incorrect and tried to send a $1000+ bill to collections that shouldn’t have been charged to me in the first place. I was understandably upset and left a message for them, to which the woman who handles the money responded rudely and called me ‘snotty’. Avoid the office if possible even if he is a good doctor!

For 4 months I visited with multiple doctors, specialists and tried a variety of treatments to an unknown diagnosis to help decline the pain, fungus build up, non stop fevers, headaches and more. Finally I ended up in the emergency room from this build up meanwhile pregnant ending my first trimester which complicated treatment even more trying to save my baby yet treat me with the appropriate antibiotics. There were so many limitations because of my position and after so many test we were sent to Dr Dutta, within 4 min of reviewing my file and seeing me he diagnosed me with valley fever! I received immediate attention to the path of healing and protecting my baby. He took the proper steps, is genuine in what he does, very caring and truly a God sent saint. Very resourceful and does his practice with heart. I have 2 healthy babies while I have a lifetime disease. Dutta is a true blessing in having him as my doctor and always has the time & patience for you.

Dr Dutta was part of a team of physicians who were treating me for septic shock. Dr Dutta helped save my life! While treating the bacterial infection he also prevailed in saving my toes which suffered gangrene from "presser" drugs. Another physician recommend amputation, Dutta said absolutely not. Let them heal if possible. He is also a wound care specialist. I have met with him weekly and toes are healed! He is brilliant, optimistic, creative in his treatment and leads a wonderful staff.

Dr dutta is by far the brightest most thorough doctor we have ever seen. He spend weeks searching for the diagnosis until he finally uncovered it through a lab culture. Then his treatment and follow up has been amazing. In our opinion he’s the top doctor in the Thousand Oaks/northern Los Angeles area! Maybe the best period!

Dr Dutta is by far the kindest and most thorough Dr. we have recently encountered during my husbands illness. My husband was hospitalized at Los Robles Hospital for 7 days with a high fever and pain due his pancreatic cancer. Dr Dutta was his attending Dr ( infectious disease) due to fever. His diagnosis, treatment, bedside manner & communication to family members was concise. Follow up after my husbands release was comforting and encouraging. Thank you for all that you did for him. The Kaufman’s

An amazing doctor with exceptional skill, integrity, and compassion. I'm so thankful to have Dr. Sujay Dutta as my doctor for the last 20 years. If it wasn't for Dr. Dutta overruling my orthopedic doctor to keep me in the hospital and on IV for a serious life threatening infection I wouldn't be here today. His staff is efficient, caring and always available in an emergency. I cannot recommend Dr Dutta enough for the great care I have received over the years. Trust me he is exceptional.
