HORRIBLE DOCTOR!
We went to urgent care because we didn’t know why my daughter lost her voice. She had very high fever four days prior our visit. We were able to manage the fever at home. But when she lost her voice a couple of days after, we tried honey lemon ginger and see if it’ll help bring back her voice. When it didn’t, we went to urgent care the next day.We waited there for two hours. When he went to the room, he asked what happened, so I told him, but he replied unpleasantly looking at my daughter, saying, “So you CAN talk! Why don’t you talk? What’s the problem?! It’s not like you cannot talk! You just lost your voice! Come on, let’s get out of the room. I’ll prescribe you with steroids.”Such an uncaring doctor to be at an urgent care. People don’t go to urgent care for fun. That’s the last thing that we want. This was the first in five years that I’ve taken my daughter. And for a doctor to be like that, he should not face, nor talk to any patients. He’s very demeaning.

Terrible doctor
He doesn’t listen to his patients. Misdiagnosed me. Would t even come near me during my appointment. He didn’t even leave the doorway to even approach me to check out what was wrong. Very insensitive. He has no business being a doctor. He should be embarrassed to be practicing medicine after looking at his reviews.

The worst service I've ever received!
Please safe yourself the time and go somewhere else. Totally insensitive to my needs and all of my questions. Rolled his eyes, huffed and puff countless times and really just seems like he hates his job after every question I asked. It's a shame he's held liable and responsible to help those seeking "urgent care".

This isn't the first Dr. through IEHP that did not to care about my concerns. As I was trying to explain what was wrong and what I thought might be the problem, he started interrogating me and told me I wasn't acting normal because of my perplexed reactions. I have extremely bad anxiety in a lot of social situations. As soon as he came in the room he seemed dismissive and trying to explain my issue (which is, admittedly, a little embarrassing) to a new doctor was already making me nervous. He really made me feel like I was a criminal. I'm a new patient, I just wanted to see if he thought I needed to be be referred back to the specialist I had seen under my last doctor. I thought he was having a bad day and then I thought it was because I'm black and have IEHP. Maybe it was all of the above, but I have never been treated like that by a doctor before. It was horrible. I just wanted to know why he thought I was having this problem and if he thought I needed to go back to the specialist

I read some of the reviews and this doctor just doesn’t seem to care. I thought it was just me, or maybe he was having a bad day, but apparently I am not the only one who he treated this way. I set up an appt with the first available doctor since my regular doctor wasn’t available. I showed up at my appt and I gave the notes from my urgent care visit to the nurse to give to the doctor for review. This doctor walks in with the notes in his hand and says he doesn’t care about those notes and wanted ME to TELL HIM what the problem was. I tried to explain everything and he looked extremely annoyed and was very dismissive. He acted as if my issue was nothing. He was in there for less than 5 minutes and didn’t seem to care about anything I mentioned. I would NEVER recommend this doctor and will make sure I NEVER get seen by him again.

The doctor came in looking agitated. He was rude and impatient. I tried having him explain what steps i should take next and he was just annoyed and said if it hurts too bad i should just go to the ER. " im sorry but this is just urgent care." Was his repeated response. I understand the capabilities of an urgent care, but some guidance and compassion would have been appreciated.
