Horrible experience
She never listened to any concerns she misdiagnosed my mother and shush us away like nothing was wrong with my mother. We brought my mother to several different doctors, and they were so much more helpful!

Don't bother!
Absolutely not worth your time. She did not want to help me and she made that very clear. Waited 2 months for this appointment and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to sit for a 5 minute rude consult.Zero stars!

Rude, Arrogant and Misdiagnoses
Very rude and arrogant. Also, I had Parkinson diagnosed via a skin biopsy. Got a second and third opinion that said it was not Parkinson's Disease.

I was appalled at how rude this woman was to her APRN. Extremely arrogant. I would not recommend.

Just saw Dr Kanchana. We went in for a second opinion and there was no doubt that we were staying with her for the duration of our progressive disease. She was thorough in her exam, informative, answered all our questions, explained possibilities for the future, gave good informative packets, suggested websites that address our problem, and put us in touch with a support group. We could not have asked for a more reassuring advocate in our corner. Jean Dejewski, Hebron, CT 7/13/30

Horrible & incompetent, she stared "through" my mom as she tremored in pain. When she "bestowed" upon us her greatness by interacting with us she was rude & condescending. After 8 mins the "top notch" assessment- all in my mother's head, the end, appt over. So we took my mom to actual Drs who practice medicine at the Cleveland Clinic & got a real medical diagnosis. The "staring method" didnt work, go figure. Compassion & basic human decency is glaringly absent with this Dr.

Very condescending, uncaring- rude actually. She should go back to school to learn about ethics, compassion and basic skills on how a real doctor should treat their patient. She’s not above anyone. Waste of time and frustration

Doesn’t talk much. Her assessment was based on a 10 minutes observation, very superficial. Doesn’t have personal touch when talking to patient.
