Dr. Suma Oommen, MD

I tried booking an appointment last week , successfully booked appointment for 07/15 but receptionist - Jennifer called back and cancelled as doctor had some emergency and she asked me to go to urgent care as she would also not be available next week . Called in the following week the receptionist (Jennifer) said appointments available but at very next minute she said that she would need to recheck doctors schedule and then on purpose she said the doctor is booked for 2 weeks , it seems doctor is ignoring their existing patients based on what or whom she wants to look and treat. Totally deceptive.

Dr. Suma is a wonderful doctor. I feel very comfortable discussing my health concerns with her, and she's very receptive and understanding. I've never had a long wait at her office which is a big plus as I usually use my lunch breaks for appointments.

Kind but not diligent. If you're symptoms are simple & you're ONLY looking for natural remedies, Dr. Oommen may be a good fit for you. I found it was very difficult to her to listen to my concerns. I explained significant symptoms & they were all minimized, without any attempt to check my requests. She presented with an unwavering perspective that she IS right & there was nothing that could be done about my symptoms. That's how it was left.

I booked an appointment at 10:00 am this morning to see Dr. Suma Oommen MD for a 1:30 p.m. office visit. I show up to the Medical building and at 1:25 while I'm in the parking lot I get a call from the receptionist telling me there was a mistake and they can not see me due to the Dr not being in my area?
