Rude and condescending. No conversation just told me he could not be responsible for me. He didn’t explain just dismissed me

I love Dr Venkatesh
Dr. Venkatesh was super friendly and explained a poster on the exam room wall to my 4 yr old grandson, he was patient and talked to him as one adult to another. I throughly enjoyed watching them and I learned a lot by the questions my grandson asked. Dr. Venkatesh said my grandson asked better questions than some adults asked. I’m always treated every well when I visit the office, everyone is friendly and polite.

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with in my life. I found him extremely arrogant and condescending. I would NEVER take my loved one back to this doctor or go to him myself.

I feel like a customer, rather than a patient. Explanations of my condition are lacking, even when pressed for information. I don't expect a prediction of the future, just some indication of what I may expect in the future. All I get is the comment, "I think we can keep you out of dialysis". Main empasis is in chemical balance which is, of course, necessary. But communications skills are lacking. Office staff seem to be working for 8 hours; not much fun or interchange among them.

Will never go back. He was very abrupt. I don't think he wants to talk to women. Does not listen.gives short no compassionate answers. My husband was in hospital and he came his room chewed him out and told him to tell his wife to stop calling his office
