I can't say enough good about Dr Basra! I shattered my ankle as well as dislocated it. I was truly blessed that Dr Basra happened to be on call that very painful, scary day. He explained the severity of my injury as well as the surgery thoroughly, and listened and addressed all my concerns. The surgery was exceptional! His bedside manner is beyond professional, pleasant, kind and confident and again explained all my care if full detail. He was very attentive prior, then during my surgery, and throughout my recovery. He truly is the very, very BEST!!!

Would've seen him today as I took the day off for a 4:15pm appointment. Always great to burn a day off for nothing. But once again 'he's running late with his appointments' which wouldn't be as much of an annoyance if they didn't use an actual whiteboard with a frowny face and the time he's running behind next to it. Instead of the receptionist stating 'I need you to turn around and look at the board'... how about just dealing with your patients as adults instead of elementary aged children? And if this is your schtick maybe mention this problem to upper management to resolve the issue. Or schedule less patients for him daily as this was also an issue when I saw him several years back. I'll find someone else that values my time a little more.

He was very engaging and friendly in addition to knowing exactly what was going on with me. I am very happy with Dr. Basra and would 100% recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Basra for two separate injuries and the care he provided was excellent both times. He has an excellent bedside manner. The first time I saw him he was able to fix a problem with my Achilles that others had only made worse. The second time was for a fracture. He used conservative treatment that kept my foot strong and recovery has been quick. I would recommend him 100%.

Dr Basra is a professional and caring doctor. He listens and clearly explains his plan for your care. Definitely would recommend!

My 9-year old son and I met with Dr. Basra in February 2021. Dr. Basra lived up to his reviews. He was caring and offered us a clear solution to my son's pronated ankles issue in the form of orthotics. Unfortunately, those orthotics arrived at his office a few weeks later and no one bothered to contact us. I tried calling a few times and couldn't get anyone live at his office. I then left two messages and no one returned my calls. Several weeks later I got a hold of someone in his office [Savenna (sp?)] who promised to mail them to us; she never did. 5 or 6 hours of my time, $400 later, and no solution. The reality is: doctors are only as good as their back offices... and his back office situation appears to be quite dysfunctional. Disappointing! Now I have start over with another practice and, of course, I doubt I'll be able to get anyone there to refund my money.

This is my first experience with broken/dislocated bones, I have a broken ankle and fibula and recently had a surgery. Dr. Basra was beyond wonderful, very professional, explicit and gentle, I am so glad and relieved I ended up in his hands. I totally recommend this practice, and I extend my gratitude to him and all the staff.

I had 2 broken heel bone due to a fall at work and since day 1 Dr. Basra has been awesome with me and my broken foot throughout the whole process and I am healing very good. He is very professional , friendly and is always willing to what it takes to make sure his patients are taken care off. I elected to have bunion surgery after years of discomfort. Dr. Basra explained the procedure and recovery. I opted to have it done. I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. I had absolutely no pain even after everything wore off from the hospital! I followed all his instructions pre-op and post-op. I am now entering my 4th week of recovery and about to wear an open toe sandal! Still no pain or discomfort!! I'm so happy I decided to do it!

I came in with a large bunion. After consulting with Dr. Basra and and trying different treatments, we decided with surgery. The process was very easy and Dr. Basra did an excellent job and I an very happy with my end results. Minimal to no pain after surgery and no pain 10 weeks after.

He was very very nice & explained everything very well. I had heel pain for over 2 years and nothing worked until I saw him. A combination of orthotics and an injection did the trick. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Dr Basra has been amazing. He saved my father from getting two amputations. Dr Basra goes above and beyond during for his patients. He listens to all our concerns and explains everything thoroughly. We are always able to get appointments quickly. The staff in the office is great as well. The girls are friendly and very kind. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an excellent podiatrist.

Have been seeing Dr. Basra for over a year for treatment of a very resistant planters wart on the bottom of my foot. Dr. Basra tried a number of different treatments the final of which included surgical removal of the wart. Dr. Basra is patient and attentive and it has been a very positive experience dealing with him and his office staff.
