I could not more highly recommend a doctor. Her professionalism, demeanor, kindness, and experience are second to none. Her staff are a joy to be services by. Her nurse Taylor, in infusion, is a complete joy to be around and turns a difficult experience into an enjoyable one. Thank you all for your humor and loving attitudes.

After waiting an unreasonable amount of time in exam room for the dr I had labs completed costing thousands of dollars. When I went back for follow up. My appt was at 1:15 PM I sat in room waiting for dr until 3 pm or later never saw another person. I went and asked nurse what was problem and told them i had to go. They told me they would ask nurse if it was ok. I walked out and never heard from the dr or staff again until I didn't pay the remaining $105.00 on my acct, they called to get payment. I explained I felt they were more than compensated for my visit since I got no answers from it at all.

Dr. Morthala and her staff did no followups. After spending over $1,500 on tests I HAD TO TAKE time off from my job to find out what I should do. The nurse told me what was wrong with my left hand and she was confused that the primary issue was with my right hand, The staff is rude and eats while you are waiting to get signed on.If you ask the staff the address they say "Clemson".. with no address. I am considering getting a lawyer for small claims court.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Morthala?
Dr Morthala lacks the empathetic care necessary to effectively treat her patients. She does not schedule or recommend the necessary followup blood tests while receiving infusion or biological treatments. Her staff lacks basic customer service skills and NEVER return phone calls within a reasonable timeframe. The entire office is in serious need of hiring qualified and pleasant staff. Do NOT waste your time even considering this Dr - you won't get the care you need when you need it.

I don't trust her office staff. Messages never get relayed to the doc from her "nurse". Misinformation and conflicting information abounds!
