Dr Modi such a knowledgeable and experience dr. ,he treat all patient friendly. new patient is acceptable in this location .i had too many health issues , i get cover one by one from dr modi. he is brilliant family dr for us.

Horrid experience. Over an hour wait, not 6 ft distancing in waiting room..every other chair was blocked off in April, that’s all. Dr Modi was rushed, expressed no compassion and did not listen to me, his attention was elsewhere. Office staff was rude and totally lacked any customer service skills. Never ever again!

Scammers! Medical bill fraud! I had online 5 min telehealth with Dr. Modi on 16/11/2020. I waited for him 15 minutes. He asked several quick questions and prescribed me unnecessary antibiotics without any diagnostics. I had to go to another clinic to get the correct prescription after proper diagnostics. Express Family Clinic front desk told me that telehealth would be covered by my insurance. Today I got $424.00 bill for this "telehealth". This bill is ridiculous. I never had so expensive telehealth in my life. In the bill, it says "office visit" which is a lie. It was telehealth, not an office visit. I consider it a scam from Dr. Modi and Express Family Clinic. I am going to address this fraud to private medical-bill advocacy, the texas attorney general, and the joint commission. He is the worst doctor in the world he care about money more than patient health My daughter was his patient and she have a problem in her liver when I ask the clinic I need to speak to the doctor he refused

I think he's awesome. I've been looking for a PCP as wonderful as Dr Donald Bishop MD DO who I'd started at age 15. He retired est 10 years ago. I've has 3 since. Looking for someone whom would listen to me, my worries. In the past. Nurse comes in asks you why your here...b/p, temp. Dr comes in reads nurses notes, looks over meds, may maybe not...listens ro heart and lungs checks glands. Writes scripts for renewal, script if notes say patient feels ??sore throat. You are done ans paying your bill in 5 min tops, well inside the 15 min appointment slot yove been given becauae quota is $$$per patient. 3 scheduled in your 15 min appointment. Has 3 that way. The other was snide and insulting tobyour intelligence. Dr Modi spends all the time you need to get your health issues addressed and ALL of your questions answered. Score 10 out of 10 to me. Worst experience. Is not good at making a diagnostic. Is more leaned towards making money. I won't rececommend him to anyone. There are so many better options.

Came for as last minute walk in visit , I was schedule a apt right then and there with no wait I was a cash patient and it was very affordable loved the staff !! the doctor got me in and out in no time highly recommend this practice to anyone for walk ins or just for a family doctor .

Dr. Modi was very compassionate and caring towards all of my concerns. Dr. Modi took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding my health. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Primary Care Physician to definitely see him.
