Dr. Thirkannad was adamant that I have surgery. He was aggravated and annoyed that I inquired about other alternatives. The office staff and nurses were very kind and attentive.

I really liked him
I was nervous to see him based on the reviews I read but I cut off the side of my fingertip and he was the one with the earliest available appointment. He was nice, Tom time to explain my injury, showed my husband and I how to take care of it, answered all my questions. I’ve seen some reviews from people who claimed he rushed them into surgery. I didn’t see any evidence of that either as he took a conservative approach with me and decided to give my body a chance to heal itself before discussing surgery

Avoid this doctor!
No compassion; he will rush you through as though you’re not worth his time. He ordered tests that my insurance will not pay for because the tests do not match up with his diagnostic codes. So, I’m left with a bill that no one will fix. He also told me my ANA test indicated Lupus. My rheumatologist said I do NOT have Lupus. His office denies ever telling me that! Horrible doctor; believe his negative reviews and avoid him. I will never understand why Kutz&Kleinert has him on staff.

Visited only once, so far but was not impressed at all. Received a n injection in my hand for carpal tunnel but never received a call afterwards to check on how it was doing, therefore I consider his services to be very poor. No interest in the patient care. Scheduling and office services are very poor and boring.

Dr. Thirkannad, great experience
Saw Dr. Thirkannad today and had a great experience. He was nothing like some of the reviews I have seen. He was courteous, talkative, did a professional exam and explained everything.

Felt as if my injury, words, and recovery were none of their concern, they we just after collecting as much money as possible, with as little work possible. I was dismissed as a patient for asking for a referral for therapy as I cannot fully perform my job still one month later. Please do yourself a favor and find another practice.

Dr T rushes & does not explain things. He tried to rush me into having surgery without explaining anything. I asked him what could we try before surgery & he said we tried everything so surgery was the only option but the things his said we tried were never tried. The nurse was very demeaning and condescending when I asked questions about the possible surgery. Also other staff members, nurses, student doctors are always coming in the room staring; they don’t introduce themselves or anything.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. This “doctor” and his nurse (?) Sheena have to be the rudest and least caring providers I have ever encountered. Unprofessional and just treat you like dirt. They both got angry at me for asking questions about surgery that I need. Both were agitated without reason. I left the practice and and went to another hand surgery practice altogether. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST.

Got kicked out of my exam because he wouldn't lower his voice as he questioned the reason why I was there. Worse doctor experience I'VE ever had. Got kicked out within 2 minutes after I met Him. Total egomaniac . Suggest if you are going to Kleinert & Kutz you call 1st to be sure you don't have this idiot examining you. I've filed a HIPPA complaint because they leave all of the exam room doors open. So unless you planned on the whole floor hearing your exam you are better off going to a real dr
