Does not listen
Dr Urva did not do anything I expected a physician to do. She did not ask me questions outside of covid screening questions. She did nothing other than tell me at home covid tests are unreliable. She didn't even seem interested in any of my symptoms when I told her. It felt as though she was reading from a script only to close my case and move on to the next one. I absolutely would never recommend her to care for anyone. My dog's veterinarian has better bedside manner.

Dr Urva is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend her to all. Easy to talk with her both in person and through email or phone.
