Unprofessional
My spouse is his patient from last 2 years for migraine and I always pay my copay before DR see the patient.I took an appointment for my spouse on 11-SEP-23 to see the DR as she had bad headache for few days.Dr Office asked me to pay the old bill along with copay for today's visit .I told her that there is no past due bill on me .I requested her to provide me detail of due bill and I can show you me credit card statement as proof of payment .But She told me DR can't see until you pay old bill and asked me to visit another day . I did not agree with her ,as I took off from my work ,drive an hour to visit the DR and I was asked to pay the bill which was already paid .There was an argument between me & receptionist for billing issue. Dr Suresh Kumar came ,asked my and my spouse to leave the office and passed some derogatorily comment against us.His behavior was unprofessional and rude

Doctor Kumar is so kind. He was one of my favorite doctors, but because he was always booked up so far ahead, I ended up seeing my dad's previous neurologist. He was very friendly, also, and listened to my concerns. He prescribed me medication that helped lessen my seizures.

I saw Dr Kumar as a patient at SWG Hospital. Was good doctor and recommended "aggressive" PT for when I got out but never wrote a prescription for it. I called the office the next day to see if we could pick up the script. Was told that due to the holidays, it would be Thursday before we could get it and they'd call me. It is now Friday so I called them but now they're gone for the week. I have now lost one week of possible therapy. Not sure why the doctor couldn't have handled this all Monday. It takes a few minutes to look up a case and write a prescription. Very disappointedl

I am saddened by the treatment of my father. He had to chase down result for weeks. The first 19 days and finally an MA gave him the results. The second had been bad news and he never got a call back. He called the office 5 times and even went up there and got his own results. This delay of care and non-compassion is so disappointing. I would NEVER go see Dr Kumar for anything. If he takes a half day on Friday maybe he should have respect enough to use that time to call results back to his pts.

Doctor Kumar is wonderful. I have epilepsy and he gives in so much time and effort into listening to me and explaining why things happen and what to do when I have seizures. He's very caring and I highly recommend him.

My experience was horrible! I waited 45 minutes in the exam room and the dr never came in to see me. So I left. His nurse (Jillian) was very unprofessional and told me that "he does have other patients." She was also too busy to really talk to me. Texting on her phone was more important.

Dr. Kumar is one of the best doctor's I have met. He was my mom's neurologist. She has Parkinson's. He is very friendly, explains everything, and makes you just feel good. His staff, however, is another thing. The main receptionist has a horrible presence on the phone and makes you feel like you are a bother. When asked for a call back, the receptionist NEVER called me back. Not one single time. When I questioned my mom about the staff, she loved the Dr., but deplored the staff.
