Extremely professional and informative

My post-operative visit after cataract surgery was like all my encounters with Dr. Mandava's office - outstanding. First, as to the surgical result - my vision is now 20/25 - one week after surgery. I haven't had better than 20/100 vision in 60 years. Then, the care is outstanding. Dr. Mandava is competent, caring, patient, and friendly. His staff reflects this competence. They're efficient, knowledgeable, and cordial. Great experience.

It's takes time to get an appointment with Dr Mandava, but it is worth the wait. He thoroughly explains the cataract surgery procedure. He asks questions to determine what your needs are - close up, computer work, distance needs. And he listens! One drawback: The technicians will do all the pressure tests and eye exams as soon as you arrive. However, the office staff over-schedules Dr Mandava's appointment times. I have waited as little as 5 minutes and as long as 55 minutes.

Dr Mandava is my favorite MD of all time. He did an excellent job with my cataract surgeries — not only is he incredibly skilled and competent in his work, he is an extremely kind, compassionate and caring individual. I could not recommend him more highly!

Dr. Mandava was a pleasure to meet. He has a very calm demeanor and made this very nervous patient feel comfortable. He spent time with me and was very patient has I kept asking just about the same question over and over. I just was not getting what he was telling me because I was anxious. I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Mandava.

Post (cataract) op visit

Dr. Mandava is THE BEST OF THE BEST. He did cataracts a few years ago ,and I paid for the expensive Bausch and Lomb Lenses...they were worth every penny. Now my vision is 20/20.. I have sent many New Patients to him, and all of them give him RAVE REVIEWS.. Thanks Dr. Mandava...

on arrival,I was immediately made comfortable. The nurses were very pleasant and put me at ease. When I was wheeled in for surgery, I was totally relaxed. My surgery went well and I was able to talk to Dr. Mondava during the surgery! I am to have my other eye operated on next Tuesday and have no hesitation in going ahead with the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Mondava to anyone considering eye surgery!
