I used to have her as a doctor in Enfield but she left the practice, she care about me and got to know me. The new doctor is no where even close and now that doc is leaving. Dr arvan, I miss you! U are a fabulous amazing doctor. If your insurance allows, take a chance on her—- she is a no nonsense knowledgeable doctor that cares!

Best doctor I’ve had
She left the practice I was seeing her in and I’m trying to find where she is now and found this review section with only 2 stars which is crazy because she is the best medical professional I have ever seen. Fyi I have a huuuuuuge fear of doctors and dentists and she was so understanding, helpful and empathetic. If you’re reading this, just know you have really helped me improve my health and quality of life.

Dr isn't very helpful, or sense of urgency. Little care and little actual help. Asked a few questions about pain management prior to a sepcialist she referred me to. Was told if the pain is that bad, go to the ER. Following statements that she doesn't give pain medications because she gets more patients that need Suboxone. And doesn't want to lose her ability to provide that. For the record, I have never used any kind of drug or abused any medications. Nurses are fair grade, more caring than the actual doctor.

I have wait times, I get in early sometimes. The nurses and staff are friendly (even when their extremely busy that day). I love to pass them a smile to make their day a little better. There are times when Dr. Arvan is in a rush, then there are times when she can take the time. She explains things in simple terms for me, she also gives me various options for my problems, so i have a choice that is comfortable for me. ANY doctors, or even hospitals, you do have to wait. there are times when its frustrating, and there are times when it will help you relax so that you can tell the doctor your concerns.

The receptionists appear unfriendly as they do not smile and tend to be a bit abrupt. The doctor seemed rushed and wanting to get done asap. I also asked her to keep some information to herself do to the fact I have an eating disorder and then she didn't.

Disappointing visit. No sense of urgency (I am a pregnant woman with the flu who requested a visit for treatment of pink eye and sinus infection). The nurses are not friendly and don't make you feel welcome. Wait times are long and after all that waiting the Dr told me there "was nothing she could really give me for the infection; that I'd have to just wait it out" I called by OBGYN to tell them what happened and they immediately filled a ZPack prescription for me. Never going back to this dump.
