I hope she never retires!
You can't have it both ways! Do you want a doctor who takes the time to really listen to you and give you options for care or do you want a clock-watcher? I have occasionally rescheduled an appointment if I couldn't or didn't want to wait and the office staff has always been accommodating because I treat them with the respect they deserve. Theirs is often a thankless job and always a stressful one. I'm often not a very cooperative patient, but Susie is willing to work with me and deal with my foibles. Kim always treats me with friendly professionalism. Jill and Robin have always been helpful regardless of what I might need.I'm a fan and hope they don't retire until I am ashes on the mantle!

Disappointed
Dr B. has been our doctor for several years. Felt she was good. It seems she has not been as dedicated recently. Perhaps with a new marriage or other issues, she isn't the same. I was sick in December and office staff suggested I take Medrol dosepak without speaking with the nurse or doctor. A more recent issue of the doctor speaking to me in waiting area about my spouse who was in exam room really raised an issue for me. I decided to change physicians for myself and my spouse and the office staff (excluding Jill and Kim), were not helpful with the process of obtaining records. I since learned that Dr B called another physician (friend) of ours, who she knows, and wanted to know why we changed physicians. I find this as unacceptable as her speaking to me in waiting area about my spouse instead of calling me into exam room and speaking to us together.

Completely unprofessional. Every time I am there I can hear her and her staff complaining about patients. They open at 9 but don't shut off their answering service until 9:30. They messed up a billing code which ended up charging me 695 for a routine yearly blood test. When I called to check on the status, I can hear the girl scream in the back round she was get to it she was busy. HER mistake followed me for 2 years before it was finally resolved. A simple flu test has to be sent out. She said she would call in an RX but failed to and they also turn on their answering service at 430 a half hour before she closes. Always have to wait about 30-60 minutes before you can be seen. Very disorganized, completely unprofessional.

Susie is a third rate Doctor Who will just take your money and do nothing for you. It’s baffling that she’s an MD. She doesn’t meet the criteria to stock medical supplies. Avoid at all costs. Very inept.

This office is small. You can hear the staff discussing patients non stop. Serious HIPPA issues. My appointment was for 10:30 am. I asked for my co-pay back and left at 12:15 pm with 2 people still waiting ahead of me. Ridiculous. I cant comment about the actual DR as I never got to see her. Hopefully she is aware of whats going on in this office.

She is the beat doctor in Pennsylvania by far she listens and actually cares about me. She got me back on meds that truly helped me but other doctors took away. She is absolutely fantastic. I love seeing her, she makes me feel better every time!
