The most compassionate, kind, and thorough doctor I’ve ever had! Dr. Binder’s bedside manner is the best, she always makes sure you are comfortable and gives you a rundown of the procedure instead of throwing you to the wolves like most doctors do. Most importantly, she follows up after your appointment to see how you are doing. I’ll never see another dermatologist!

Dr. Binder is really an amazing doctor! She is incredibly thorough and competent. I have recommended her to others and in my office and now everyone (and their families) see her. Her office staff is 100% improved since she opened her own practice.

I didn't personally have an appointment with Dr. Binder however I couldn't believe what had transpired, a very angry patient came in and checked in. After waiting only minutes this patient started yelling, cursing even demoralizing the staff because of the wait time. He even made a staff member burst out in tears. After he was taken in Dr. Binder comes out and yells out to the staff as well. I've never seen a doctor act in such a way. If she treats her staff this way imagine her patients.

Dr. Binder really was a great doctor. Even though I waited a while in the waiting room she was totally worth the wait. The front desk was friendly and courteous, her assistant in the room made me feel comfortable and apologized to me about the wait time. Overall Great visit.

Dr. Binder is the most compassionate and professional Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. She is extremely courteous, thoughtful and has a great sense of calm & humor which put me at ease in a difficult situation. I have recommended Dr. Binder to several friends and family and all have been highly satisfied. I am surprised someone who did not see Dr. Binder gave one star just because a problem with the front desk. While the office isn't perfect, Dr. Binder nearly is.

The scheduling and front desk staff at this office are absolutely incompetent and horrible. They completely gave me the wrong time and date for my appointment and didn't call to confirm. Then when I showed up for the time schedule, they said was was for the day before and an hour different (???) -all while acting suspicious and really nasty. I just tried to schedule a second appointment and after the individual jumbled up the times and dates multiple times, I hung up. Will not be returning.
