Poor attitude and support - not professional
Contacted Dr. Giovanni when I was out of town and I had a medical situation occur. As my doctor, I wanted her opinion on some suggested care. She was very rude and asked why would I be bothering her. When I returned home I experienced the same attitude and no follow-up with referrals to specialists as requested. I am a healthcare professional too. I never went back to see her.
