I've seen Dr. Hylland for over 5 years and can honestly say she an excellent care giver. She gave me a very thorough examination and took the time to listen to me to learn my symptoms and my history relating to my joint pain. She took immediate steps to relieve my pain and searched for long term treatments that would help prevent future pain. She fought with the VA to get me the expensive meds I needed for relief and my trust and faith in her is 100%. She is one of the best.

Had for 3+ years. Tells you one thing and puts in your records something different. Had someone with me each visit and they can confirm the stuff she makes up. Would rather you "test" out medicine rather than have you get better with something that will actually help you.

I am 75 and have had 4 very good Rheumatologists in this order 1st Dr Maciolet Riverview Clinic Janesville, WI diagnosed me. 2nd Dr Bridges VA Madison 3rd Dr Karen Hansen U of WI/VA Madison 4th Dr Matthew Crowe VA Madison 5th Dr Susan Hylland Va Madison, Wi. I don't think anyone could have been so lucky as I to get the best 5 in their lifetime. Dr, Hylland is top of the line.
