Loosing sight in left eye from tearing and lack or control I went to local Ophomoliget with no relief. Dr. Siaxek on initial visit correctly diagnosed a duralumin sinus fistula which was quickly corrected with 12 platinum coils in an 8 hour procedure at the U. of Chicago Medical Center. The vision and function of the eye was saved. Her immediate attention to my problem did save the use of my left eye!

Dr. Ksiazek was very caring and professional. She listened to me an took her time to get to know me and my eye issues.. She perfomed many eye tests in her office and was able to give me a diagnosis and explain in detail my condition. I would definitely recommend her.

Ridiculous wait times & heinous bedside manner. After 2 bad visits, I'm done. Didn't say ONE word to my husband, not even hello, & barely spoke to me. Didn't notice swelling until I pointed it out & brushed me off to a pricy MRI set for days later w/ no plan for pain relief outside of the OTC med I was already taking. Got 2nd opinion next day with diagnosis & medicine. A serious condition that was luckily caught early Would have been at least a week of tests & visits if I didnt get a 2nd opinion
