Great office team, very helpful. Dr Mathew takes times to find out your problems and explains what direction she will go to help you.

First visit with Dr. Mathew she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Told me that we were to to pin point the issue and do a plan of action. She has kept her work, very professional, kind, caring, listens to you. Glad I have her as a doctor.

Doctor Mathew has treated me for a few years for RA her and her staff are always very attentive and very pleasant to deal with. Have always been willing to go above and beyond for pain management and insurance concerns.

I would definitely recommend choosing Dr. Susan Matthew as your rheumatologist. She is an excellent doctor and so very caring and kind. II have severe rheumatoid arthritis and she has treated me so well.

After a lapse in care with Dr. Mathew because of insurance coverage, I am happy to be under her care again. My follow up visit was good. The medication she prescribed is working and even at a lesser dose. I mentioned that I have a trigger finger that is bothering me. Dr. Mathew did not hesitate to treat it. She even checked my insurance coverage at my request. The trigger fingers she treated in the past ( many years ago)never give me problems I was happy that she could treat this finger. She has a special touch that works for me.

She was helpful, attentive and listened to my problems. She always seemed compassionate and caring.

I was extremely impressed at my first visit with Dr Mathew. She listened intently to all my issues, my family history and was very patient. She was extremely thorough, as I was have suffered multiple issues, including two cancers, long-term GI issues, Back, knee and foot pain. I would never have linked my complex symptoms together into a single diagnosis. Dr. Mathew ran all the necessary labs and looked at genetic markers, etc to find the reason why I was dealing with long standing complex problems. Even though I am a long time veterinary nurse, she explained everything and gave me a diagnosis that is not widely known. I would never have correlated all these issues into a single diagnosis. We have tried different medications, but she listens & makes suggestions and adjustments accordingly, which I greatly appreciate. I have recommended several people to her and they are equally happy and their issues resolved. I am so very appreciative of Dr. Matthew!

I had a horrible experience with Susan Mathew. She was very unprofessional and makes insulting and judgemental comments. She wanted to start treatment before even looking at the results of diagnostic tests. Very intimidating experience. No compassion for patients, all she want is to make some money. I feel sorry for her patients going that place.

Thank you Dr. Mathew for taking such wonderful care of my daughter, J.L.R. She has suffered for a very long time with multiple skeletal and organic issues, primarily pain. Pain medication isn't the correct treatment, and not at all what she needed. You came highly recommended and were exactly who my daughter needed to diagnose and treat her seemingly unrelated symtoms, but totally related syndrome. You were attentive, professional and an excellent diagnostician; exactly what she needed. As a healthcare professional, I have your highest regard and would recommend you to everyone. Dr. Mathew gave me my life back!!! My quality of life has changed for the better and just in time to be a GiGi for the first time!!! I have had chronic joint pain since I was in elementary school. I have seen many doctors over the years, orthopedics, neurologists, family practitioners, physical therapist, etc...but Dr. Mathew was the one of the only few that took the time to listen to my medical story, family history and my health journey from a totally holistic approach. She, after 53 years of chronic pain, gave me a proper diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment to not only help with the chronic pain, but to also stop the progression of the disease. I am very grateful for finding her and I highly recommend her to anyone that thinks they may have some underlying inflammatory condition.

Very thorough, caring and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions in great detail. Feel so lucky to be under her care and give her all the credit for my quality of life improvement. Her office assistant is also great, quick to follow up w/ medications and insurance issues.

Horrible - Did not have time to answer my questions. Only spent 15 mins. with me. Wanted to prescribe DMARD without confirming RA.

Dr. Mathews is a terrific Dr. She has always helped me find the best way for my treatment. She will listen to all of your concerns and help you the best way possible. Great attitude.

She said she did not have time to answer my questions and was eager to rush me out of office and put me on DMARD which I refused due to my concern of side effects. She said if I didn't want to be put on these meds I shouldn't have scheduled an appointment with her.

This doctor is horrible and will put you in danger. She was on her phone texting the whole time, did not listen to me, prescribed a DOUBLE DOSE on medication that was making me extremely sick (did not convert from pill to injection form correctly) if my nurse of a sister didn't stop me from injecting I would have been in the hospital. Looking back on the file she put I had a son? I did not have any kids at the time. Goes to show how she does not listen or take your health seriously. Do not trust your health to this doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mathew. I found her after I was initially diagnosed by another physician who jumped straight to Methotrexate for my rheumatoid arthritis even after I expressed concerns with the medication. Dr. Mathew listened to my concerns and never stopped looking for a treatment plan that worked for me including appealing to insurance to ensure I got the medication I needed. Dr. Mathew is kind, compassionate and treats you like family. Thanks to Dr. Mathew and my orthopedic surgeon I can walk without pain for the first time in 10 years.

Dr Mathew is an amazing doctor! I have seen her five times in office after i was misdiagnosed by another Rheumatologist. Dr Mathew stopped all my meds from the previous Rheumatologist and referred me to an neurologist after all my results were normal; but she knew something was wrong. I appreciate Dr Mathew because she shared the same compassion and determination to figure out my diagnosis; because of her i have an confirmed diagnosis and now i can begin my journey to remission!

I have been using Dr. Mathew for many years and am more than happy with her care. She takes time to listen and I feel we are in this together. Thank you Dr. Mathew.
