Pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable
I have been seeing Dr. Powell for years and she is always a good listener, pays attention to my concerns, and gives good advice. She makes me feel warmly welcome each time I see her. I appreciate her straight-forward style of communication when it is warranted, and also her more relaxed approach (leaving it up to me) when multiple options are worth consideration. Besides being on top of my general care, she is also very good with more urgent needs. I had a condition that suggested cancer about two years ago, and her staff immediately got me in to see a specialist, who made the diagnosis and found me a surgeon. It took one month from first symptom to surgery.

She is rude, condescending and overall uncaring as well as misdiagnosing my cancer so I think that make her a very poor clinician as well. Luckily I was able to switch Drs. And am now cancer free ( no thanks to her )
